Rescheduling or Canceling

  • The fastest way to reschedule or cancel your appointment is through the patient portal which can be found here.

  • If you are unable to utilize the patient portal you can contact us via email here.

  • Appointment scheduling requests via email will be answered as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 business days for reply.

Cancellation Fees

  • For any appointment (not requiring a deposit) cancelled with less than 3 BUSINESS DAYS notice, a $50 cancellation fee will be incurred.

  • This fee will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

Appointment Deposits

When booking an appointment, a deposit will be required for appointments 45 minutes or greater (microneedling, filler, deluxe peel, new client Botox/Dysport). The deposit amount ranges from $50- $100 depending on the service.

  • The deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of service. 

  • If you cancel your appointment PRIOR to the 3 business day deadline, the deposit will be credited to your account.

  • If you cancel your appointment less than 3 business days prior, you will forfeit your deposit.

  • If you have pre-purchased a package, the deposit has been deducted from the package price and you must still pay the booking deposit to secure your appointment.

For example, if you pre purchase a Bundle of 3 microneedling package, I have already taken an additional $150 off the package price to account for the three $50 booking fees.

  • Please be sure you understand the pre-and post- instructions PRIOR to booking your appointment, as there are no refunds on the appointment booking fee.

Running Late

  • If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible via text to 314-624-8894. Depending on the schedule for the day, we may need to reschedule your appointment. This will incur a cancellation fee. We appreciate your help in keeping the schedule moving smoothly! 

Children

  • We love kids at Even Esthetics™, but due to the nature of the services we provide, we must ask that no children under the age of 12 come into the spa. This is a safety and liability issue, and we appreciate your help to maintain a calm and safe environment.

Botox/Dysport Dose Adjustments

  • If you need a dose adjustment to your toxin treatment, please make an appointment for a 2 week Tox Follow Up. The dose adjustment pricing will be the same as the pricing from your initial appointment.

  • Dose adjustments will ONLY be made 14- 21 days after treatment. Before 14 days, the toxin is still settling and we don’t want to risk causing an undesirable result. Beyond 21 days, we risk causing resistance from treating too close together. All new toxin clients should schedule a 2 week follow up at the time of their treatment. 

Refunds

  • Due to the nature of the human body, results cannot be guaranteed and therefore no refunds will be given if you are unsatisfied with your results. Please know that we spend a lot of time and effort ensuring that the treatment you receive is the appropriate one for you, and we want you to love your result.
